2024 REACH Business of Influence and Empowerment
The TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to recognize a business who has a presence in the region as the REACH Business of the Year. We are looking for a company or organization that champions for women in their networks, workplaces, and communities. They should be empowering women to take leadership roles through advancements in board positions, senior management and offer professional development. Please take this opportunity to recognize an organization or business that has truly been remarkable in advocating for women in their company and supporting women in the community. We will present the 2024 REACH Business of the Year Award at our 4th Annual REACH Conference on Thursday, September 26, 2024. At the end of this form, you must click on "Submit" for us to see your nomination for our award. If you don't have time to complete, this will note save. Award Criteria
*Company/Organization has data to demonstrate growth in hiring women. *Company/ Organization has empowered women supporting their professional development. *Company/ Organization has supported women in achieving professional advancement. *Company/ Organization has created, reviewed, and expanded internal policies supporting women in their workplace. *Company/Organization seeks for women to fill leadership roles within their organization. *Company/Organization must have a presence within the tri-county region, this includes southeastern Berks, western Montgomery, and northern Chester Counties, as well as along the Route 422 Corridor. *Company/Organization must be a member in good standing of the TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce.
