條款與聲明 Terms and Conditions:
藉由簽署此表格，本人（以下簽名人）確認為本人或本家庭之授權代表，並代表本人及本報名表所列之所有參加者，同意以下條款：
By signing this form, I, the undersigned participant and representative of my group, agree to the following on behalf of myself and my group listed in this registration form:
1. 風險知悉與承擔 Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risks:
我了解參與此次退修會可能會涉及如交通、地形挑戰、天候等風險，並自願承擔所有風險。
I acknowledge that participating in the retreat involves inherent risks such as travel hazards, challenging terrain, and weather conditions. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.
2. 免責聲明 Waiver of Liability:
我同意釋放 TCCAC 及其所有相關工作人員不對任何因參加活動所產生的財產損失、受傷或死亡負責。
I release and discharge TCCAC, its members, leaders, and agents from any liability, claims, or actions that may arise from our participation, including any loss or damage to property or injury, including death.
3. 賠償責任 Indemnification:
我同意賠償任何因我們參與活動所引起的費用與責任。
I agree to indemnify and hold TCCAC harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from our participation in the retreat.
4. 交通安排 Transportation:
我了解 TCCAC 不提供往返營會地點的交通，所有旅程風險自負。
I acknowledge that TCCAC does not provide transportation to/from the retreat. Each group member is responsible for their own travel arrangements and risks.
5. 醫療授權 Medical Consent:
我授權主辦單位在緊急情況下為我們尋求醫療協助，並自行承擔費用。
I authorize TCCAC to seek medical treatment for my group in emergencies. I accept responsibility for any medical expenses incurred.
6. 個人財物 Personal Property:
我們對個人財物負責，TCCAC 不負責任何遺失或損壞。
We are responsible for our personal belongings. TCCAC is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to our property.
7. 法律適用 Governing Law:
本協議受華盛頓州法律管轄。
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
8. 協議完整性 Severability and Entire Agreement:
本協議為參加此次活動之完整聲明，若有任何條款無效，其他部分仍然有效。
This document represents the complete agreement regarding our participation and supersedes any prior agreements.
