This one-time, grief-informed session provides education about the natural grief process, normalizes a wide range of emotional reactions, and offers concrete tools for mutual support. Facilitated by trained grief professionals, Grief 101 helps communities begin to process their grief together, creating a bridge between immediate emotional needs and longer-term healing. Whether responding to the loss of a student, employee, colleague, or loved one, this offering brings compassion, education, and hope in moments when it’s needed most.
