All students who wish to be a member of TCSYO must meet the following requirements:

● Students must take private lessons on their instrument.
● Students must participate in their school’s orchestra or band program.
Students are exempt from this requirement if they are homeschooled; said program is not offered at the school; or if the student is not qualified for the orchestra or band program (i.e., student is too young to participate).
