This small group session is open for children aged 7-12. Our F.L.Y. children learn positive self-talk, mindfulness, and gratitude practices. They will enhance self-concept, self-esteem, and socialization skills. By the end of the 5-week program, your child will develop the necessary skills and character traits to face challenges with resilience and lead a flourishing life.
