Clone of TES Fest 2026 Event Sponsorship Form

TES Fest 2026 is offering four scholarships designed to promote inclusivity and provide opportunities for individuals who may face barriers to attending our 4-day convention.

Award Categories:

One scholarship based on financial hardship
Two scholarships for BIPOC individuals
One scholarship for a transgender person

Scholarship package includes:

Full event registration for the recipient
Companion registration at a 50% discount
50% room credit for a base hotel room in the host hotel - You will be given a promo code for registration and hotel
One year TES membership with all the benefits and privileges

Note: Transportation and meal expenses are not included in this scholarship. However, the hotel offers reduced-price meal ticket packages.

While you may apply to more than one category because you match the criteria, we may only award one scholarship per person.

Please submit your application by this DEADLINE: March 23, 2026 at 11:59pm

Upon receipt of your application, it will be reviewed by a panel of judges from the TES Fest Staff, the TES Board of Directors, and a community member from each of the specified groups. Winner notification will be given by April 1st.

You will have 7 days to respond with confirmation of acceptance and 10 days to pay the balance; otherwise, the scholarship will be awarded to the next qualified applicant.
