To clearly state it
You are hiring T'Erica Siner based in Texas for her coaching services. This coaching is to help you with assisting you in a mindset shift to help with your personal manifestation goals based on the package you bought.
What Do Both Parties Agree to Do?
As my client, you have the power and ability to sign this contract as a competent individual. You agree to provide me with everything that is needed to complete coaching services - including payment and questions. You agree to follow the instructions I provide you with. Please give updates so I am able to support you as best I can.
As the Client, you agree that talking about and repeating of your circumstances to anyone is off limits until coaching starts and this is to continue through coaching.
Payment
To start coaching services the client agrees to pay for the package they have selected in full or with a payment plan if eligible for service.
Payment methods that will be accepted for coaching services will be made via PayPal or any other payment method that is agreed upon by the Coach.
The Client agrees to the strict no refund policy for all coaching services. The Client agrees to have accepted the Goods unconditionally.
Any dispute made of payment delivered for services will result in a lifetime ban from all contact with the Coach including all social media outlets, channels, and members area.
Delivery of Coaching Services
Communication
The Client agrees to only contact the Coach via email if they have not received a call or any form of contact from the Coach 30 minutes past the scheduled time the client booked.
Relationship Expectations
By signing this contract, the Client understands and agrees that the Coach is not manifesting for you but is here to help get you to your manifestation. The Client also understands they are the creator of their own reality, therefore the Client is responsible for what is manifested into their life. The Coach will help shift your mindset and focus to direct you to your manifestation, but it is up to the Client to do the work and be diligent with the information provided to them from the Coach.
The Coach is not responsible for any manifestations because of your own mindset, affirmations, or not following instructions
Mental Health Notice
This coaching service does not replace any mental health services. The Coach is not a licensed therapist and if this is needed the Client should seek a medical professional. The Coach is here to assist with reprogramming your mindset to shift your focus and realize your power. In case of emergency please call 911.
Coaching Call Packages
The Client has purchased a coaching call package consisting of a number of coaching sessions, each lasting for the duration the client purchases. The sessions are to be conducted on the day and time the Client books for.
Coaching call packages include one or a series of phone calls between the Client and the Coach. The coaching call will begin at the scheduled time and the Coach will contact you first. If the Client purchases a package with multiple calls, the Client will have the booking link and will be responsible for booking all their calls before the calls expire. To book another call from your package, log back into the website.
The Client agrees to follow all instructions the Coach gives you as part of your service and will accept the responsibility for all outcomes from the services.
The Client has the option to select coaching calls to be voice only or add video aswell. All calls will be done via zoom.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance through the online booking system. The booking link is provided in the milestone section via the website. Once the Client books their session they will receive a Zoom link via email.
The Client is responsible for attending the meeting at the time agreed upon and failure to do so could result in cancellation. There will be a 15m grace period but the session is subject to cancellation if tardiness is past 30m.
The Client is required to provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a session. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the forfeiture of that session. Reschedules should be done through the confirmation link that is emailed to you.
Package Expiration
The coaching call package must be used within 5 months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions after this period will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed upon.
Payment Terms
Payment for the coaching call package is due upon purchase. The package fee is non-refundable, except as required by law or in exceptional circumstances as determined by the Coach.
Replenishment
After the coaching services have been completed, the Client may purchase additional packages if further coaching and assistance is needed.
Privacy
The Client agrees to a non disclosure about any materials received during coaching. This includes all instructions, and into that is given in the coaching series. The Client also agrees not to share their coaching information with anyone or use it for comment on their personal or business platforms unless given permission to do so from the Coach.
Confidentiality
The Coach agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by the Client during the coaching sessions. Similarly, the Client agrees to respect the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by the Coach.
Authority to Sign
Each party has the authority to enter this contract and take responsibility for all parts.
I cannot guarantee any results for your manifestations and so I cannot be responsible to you or any third party for damages. This includes profits, savings or any damages that result from following instructiond given during your coaching services.
If any part of this agreement is unlawful or void, the rest of the agreement remains intact.
If one of the parties chooses to end the Contract before the coaching ends, the Client is responsible for paying for all work completed.
Acknowledgement
The Coach reviewed this Contract Agreement. I likewise understand my Client's Rights set in this form.
I accept no refunds can be issued.
I accept this agreement and consent to mindset coaching.
By e-signing and submitting this contract, I understand that this information is going straight to my coach. I understand once I book I will receive an email confirmation with the zoom link for my session. I understand it is my responsibility to show up to our session on time and on the date I scheduled for. I understand that I should not message the Coach about my start date, unless it is past 30 minutes of my session start time.
