To clearly state it
You are hiring T'Erica Siner based in Texas for her coaching services. This coaching is to help you with assisting you in a mindset shift to help with your personal manifestation goals based on the package you bought.
What Do Both Parties Agree to Do?
As my client, you have the power and ability to sign this contract as a competent individual. You agree to provide me with everything that is needed to complete coaching services – including payment and questions. You agree to follow the instructions I provide you with. Please give updates so I am able to support you as best I can.
As the Client, you agree that talking about and repeating of your circumstances to anyone is off limits until coaching starts and this is to continue through coaching.
Payment
To start coaching services the client agrees to pay for the package they have selected in full.
Payment methods that will be accepted for coaching services will be made via PayPal or any other payment method that is agreed upon by the Coach. The Client agrees to the strict no refund policy for all coaching services. The Client agrees to have accepted the Goods unconditionally.
Any dispute made of payment delivered for services will result in a lifetime ban from all contact with the Coach including all social media outlets, channels, and members area.
Delivery of Coaching Services
Communication
The Client agrees to only contact the Coach via email once services have begun. There will be no direct messages on social media or any other forms of contact allowed while coaching is going on.
Relationship Expectations
By signing this contract, the Client understands and agrees that the Coach is not manifesting for you but is here to help gey you to your manifestation. The Client also understands they are the creator of their own reality, therefore the Client is responsible for what is manifested into their life. The Coach will help shift your mindset and focus to direct you to your manifestation, but it is up to the Client to do the work and be diligent with the information provided to them from the Coach.
The Coach is not responsible for any manifestations because of your own mindset, affirmations, or not following instructions
Mental Health Notice
This coaching service does not replace any mental health services. The Coach is not a licensed therapist and if this is needed the Client should seek a medical professional. The Coach is here to assist with reprogramming your mindset to shift your focus and realize your power. In case of emergency please call 911.
Email Packages
Email packages include a series of emails from you, the Client, and an equal amount of replies from the coach. The first email you receive from the Coach will start your series. You will be notified when your emails have expired.
The Client agrees to follow all instructions we give you as part of your service and will accept the responsibility for all outcomes from the services.
Replenishment
After the coaching services have been completed, the Client may purchase additional packages if further coaching and assistance is needed.
Privacy
The Client agrees to a non disclosure about any materials received during coaching. This includes all instructions, and info that is given in the email series. The Client also agrees not to share their coaching information with anyone or use it for comment on their personal or business platforms unless given permission to do so from the Coach.
Authority to Sign
Each party has the authority to enter this contract and take responsibility for all parts.
I cannot guarantee any results for your manifestations and so I cannot be responsible to you or any third party for damages. This includes profits, savings or any damages that result from following instructions given during your coaching services.
If any part of this agreement is unlawful or void, the rest of the agreement remains intact.
If one of the parties chooses to end the Contract before the coaching ends, the Client is responsible for paying for all work completed.
Acknowledgement
I have reviewed this Contract Agreement. I likewise understand my Client's Rights set in this form.
I accept no refunds can be issued.
I accept this agreement and consent to mindset coaching.
By e-signing and submitting this contract, I understand that this information is going straight to my coach. I understand my coach will reach out to me for my first email within 14 days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) from todays date. I understand that I should not message the Coach about my start date, unless it is past the 14 days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) from me signing this contract and I have not received my first email.
