Rules:
- Check-In & Setup will begin @ 5:30am.
- Cooking begins @ 7:00am.
- Judging begins @ 11:30am.
- People's Choice tasting/voting 12:00pm - 2:00pm.
- Cook stations will be 10x10
- Team must supply all cooking items.
- Rice may be pre-cooked.
- Teams will be given (4) wristbands for the event. All other team members must pay entry fee.
- Team Leader is responsible for making sure their assigned area is kept clean, both during & after the event.
- Teams are responsible for their own garbage.
- NO DUMPING or CLEANING OF POTS at the grounds is allowed.
- Limited Spots available.
