The HIV Antibody test is an oral swab or fingerstick test that detects whether or not a person has HIV antibodies in their blood. HIV is the virus that causes AIDS. Onsite, nonclinical testting is provided by TKO Society Inc. and records of this test will be maintained in confidental files at our main office in Selma, AL. Authorized TKO staff at the state, regional, and local levels may legally release the results of this test to the following:
You, the client
The parent, legal guardian, of a minor
A person or legal entity named on an Authorization for relase of Information for signed by you, or
A healthcare provider who has a legitimate need to know such information to provide immediate and specific health care services to you.
