TMAI Partnership Scholarship - Annual Continuance

Introductory Information
The TMAI Partnership Scholarship exists to strengthen TMAI Training Centers by equipping faculty and faculty-in-training for faithful, long-term ministry. As the Training Center Dean or Regional Leader, you bear primary responsibility for evaluating, mentoring, and guiding your student throughout his course of study.

This Annual Continuance Form is your formal confirmation that you are actively shepherding the student, monitoring his progress, and ensuring he continues to meet the biblical qualifications of character, the financial requirements, and the terms of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA).

Please complete all sections carefully, as this information provides the TMAI Home Office, the Scholarship Committee, and the TMUS Financial Aid Office with assurance that the student is being faithfully supported and held accountable by his Training Center leadership.
