SCHOLARSHIP 2018-2019 ACADEMIC YEAR
To provide a financial stipend to an academically qualified high school graduating senior, who has lost a family member to senseless gun violence, who currently attends Miami Carol City Sr High School and Dr. Michael Krop Sr. High School. To qualify please submit completed application and all other requested information by May 10, 2019.

Two letters of recommendation from Principle, Counselor or Teacher.
Proof of Identification
The scholarship recipient must provide proof of official enrollment. The scholarship will be awarded only after proof of official enrollment (after official drop/add deadline) is received. Scholarship funds will then be made payable to the university/college on behalf of the student.
The scholarship recipient will receive a one-time stipend of $5,000.00 for the 2019 academic year.
Notification must be given to the Trayvon Martin Foundation by the recipient within ten (10) days for the following circumstances: Any change in the initial application criteria• Any changes in enrollment for the 2019 school year.
SCHOLARSHIP RECEIPIENTS WILL BE AWARDED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS, 30 DAYS AFTER THE DEADELINE DATE. RECIPIENTS WILL BE NOTIFIED BY EMAIL ONLY.
