Please note: Because of unrecoverable expenses of a summer tournament, if the tournament gets completely rained out, only ½ of entry fee shall be credited. If any part of any game is played there will be NO refund.

In the event of rain, the tournament director reserves the right to reschedule the games in any fashion, including shortening of games and/or eliminating games.
