IMPORTANT INFORMATION!
Please read ALL the below before filling out your application as information has changed since the last school year.
REGISTRATION INFO: As soon as you submit this application, you should receive an email confirming that your application has been received (not confirming your attendance to the show). Please check your spam/junk folder too. If you do not receive this email, you will NOT receive future communications regarding your attendance, so reach out to ethan@toarts.org IF you do not receive any email after submitting.
RESPONSE TIMELINE: After your application is submitted, please expect to wait 1-2 weeks before you hear whether you have been accepted to attend the show.
TRANSPORTATION: TOArts will reimburse the cost of transportation for all Ventura County public schools in order to remove all barriers to attend this field trip. Please do NOT book transportation until after your attendance has been confirmed.
PRIVATE AND NON-VC SCHOOLS: Due to limited capacity for these performances, priority is given to Ventura County public schools. If you are a private school or a school from outside Ventura County, there will be a $10 charge per person to attend, and you are responsible for your own transportation.
