TOArts Creators’ Conservatory Student Application
The Creators' Conservatory is open to high school students.

Conservatory participants are selected via an application process. Once your application is received, we may follow up with you to schedule a Zoom interview.

Applicants will choose to apply for either the performance track (which requires a performance video submission in the realms of acting, singing, dance, or music) or the production track (open to students interested in directing, writing, design, stage management, arts administration, or any other element of theatre production). The production track is open to students without experience as long as they can demonstrate a strong interest in the creative process and live event production.

A. Performance (Open to students interested in acting, singing, dancing, and musicians)B. Production (Open to students interested in writing, casting, directing, visual design, theatre tech, stage management, or a any other production elements)
All applicants for the performance track will need to upload a video of applicant performing one of the following: (not required for Production track)

1.) Actors/Singers: 32 bars (approx. 1 minute) of a musical theatre song or pop/rock song OR one monologue. Before song or monologue, applicant should slate their name, song or monologue title, and musical or play that the piece is from.
2.) Dancers: Approximately 1 minute of a combination in whatever dance style you prefer (jazz, tap, ballet, hip-hop, lyrical, etc). Please do not send footage from recitals or productions. Before the combination, the applicant should slate their name.
3.) Musicians: 32 bars (approx. 1 minute) of you playing your instrument in the style of your choice (rock, pop, musical theatre, classical, jazz, etc). Before the song, applicant should slate their name and song title.
