  • IMPORTANT INFORMATION!

    Please read ALL the below before filling out your application as information has changed since the last school year.

     

    Thank you for your interest in bringing your students to a Kids and the Arts Field Trip at the Bank of America Performing Arts Center!

    This application form is only for eligible groups requesting a free field trip. Eligible schools/groups must be based in Ventura County or Las Virgenes Unified School District and must be either a public school or homeschool/independent study group. Private schools are not eligible for free field trips and can instead register through our paid field trip registration.

     

    ATTENDING MULTIPLE SHOWS

    Each eligible group may attend one free field trip per school year. If you would like to attend an additional performance, you may register for a second performance through our seperate paid field trip registration without affecting your eligibility for your free field trip.

     

    RESPONSE TIMELINE

    After submitting your application, please expect to wait 1–3 weeks before hearing whether your group has been approved to attend a performance. We appreciate your patience as we work to accommodate as many eligible groups as possible.

     

    TRANSPORTATION

    TOArts will reimburse the cost of transportation for approved Ventura County public schools in order to help remove transportation barriers to participation. Transportation reimbursements need to be requested through a separate form that will be sent after your field trip has been confirmed and are subject to approval.

    Please do not book transportation until after your attendance has been confirmed.

     

    REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION

    You should receive an automatic confirmation email shortly after submitting this application confirming that we received your application. This email does not confirm your attendance at a performance.

    If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, please contact ethan@toarts.org so we can make sure you receive future communications about your application.

     

    BEFORE YOU BEGIN

    • Please have your school information and estimated number of students and chaperones ready. You will have an opportunity to confirm your actual numbers after your application is approved.
    • Please have your preferred performance dates and times ready. Performance information can be found on the Kids and the Arts webpage.
    • Submitting this form is a request for a field trip. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from our team.
    • If you have any questions or need to request accessibility accommodations, please let us know in the appropriate section of the form.

    Select the performance options that work with your group, ranking them based on your preferences. Please only select performances your group can attend. Only one choice is required, but if you have flexibility please provide as many preferences as possible. Multiple options make it easier for us to accommodate your group.

     

    You will be assigned to one show based on availablilty, and we will try and accomodate your first choice when possible.
