Vimeo Submission Requirements

Privacy Settings:
- Set your video to "Only people with the private link" (also called "Hide from Vimeo" or private link sharing).
- Enable embedding in your Vimeo settings.
- If your film is selected, we may request download access for festival screening.
Dropbox Submission Requirements

Sharing Method:
- Create a shared link with "Anyone with the link can view".
- Enable download permissions.
Important Notes
- Test your links before submitting to ensure they work properly.
- Keep your Vimeo/Dropbox links active throughout the selection period.
- Make sure privacy and download settings are correctly configured.
- Maintain backup copies of all materials.
- Higher quality submissions improve your chances - compress thoughtfully.
- For final screening: If selected, we'll request the highest quality with a minimum resolution of 1920x1080.

Film submissions will be accepted until April 22. If your film is selected, it will be showcased in the Scherr Forum at the Bank of America Performing Arts Center on May 23 in front of a panel of judges comprised of industry professionals. Festival award winners will be announced during that screening. Your presence at the festival is not required to submit a film, but is highly encouraged. (You will not be eligible to receive an award if you do not attend).
