^Members/Dancers between the ages of 16-18 have the right to vote. Dancers aged 15 years and under are deemed Associate members and cannot vote at the AGM. Only 1 Parent/Guardian has the right to vote on behalf of an Associate member if the Parent/Guardian is present at the meeting. In cases where Senior dancers are also a Parent/Guardian of an Associate Member, or a Parent/Guardian has two or more children registered, only 1 vote per person present at the meeting will be counted.

MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS

Bi-annual payments of $125 per dancer/performer are due as follows:
• First payment no later than 31 March 2024
• Second payment no later than 31 August 2024
