    - Select new dates you need frozen.
    - Don't re-select dates that are already frozen.

    • Ensure Continuous Dates
    - Your new "Absent" date should exactly match the your previous "Resume" date.
    - Days not included in your freeze are considered days you'll use the gym.

How to Find Previous "Resume" Date
    • Check your email from "billing@thephysiqueconsultants.com" for your previous "Resume" date.
    • Importance of Accuracy: Exactly match your previous "Resume" date with your new "Absent" date for a continuous extension of your freeze. Don't guess it!
