In consideration of my participation in this event and on behalf of myself, my minor children and heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, I hereby waive and release any and all rights and claims against Tannery Row Artist Colony, its officers, agents, employees, representatives, volunteers and its successors. In this exhibit I acknowledge that Tannery Row Artist Colony does not carry insurance coverage for damages or losses and that providing any such insurance coverage shall be my sole responsibility.
