• Doubles $4990 pp
• Singles $6390 pp
• To reserve your space, a Deposit of $1,000.00 per person is required and is non-refundable as of January 1, 2026
• The second non-refundable payment $2000 is due by January 1, 2026. 
• Final non-refundable payment of balance due April 1, 2026
• Payment can be made by credit card with 3% convenience fee billed or by Zelle. Sorry, checks are not accepted.

 

What's Included

• 11 days and 10 nights of lodging at the hotels and cruise mentioned in the program, double or single occupancy.
• All Excursions and Tours in Private Services
• All transfers and transportation in a private air-conditioned van
  with Professional Driver.
• Domestic round trip airfare Cairo to Luxor.
• All entrance tickets to all the attractions mentioned in the program.
• Meals as indicated in the program each day (B = Breakfast, L = Lunch, D = Dinner).
• A toll-free conference call briefing four weeks before the trip departure.
• English-speaking guide during your entire trip, starting with the airport welcome
• Luggage handling
• Bottled water daily

Travel Insurance

• TREE requires you to purchase Travel Insurance (Different from flight insurance offered by the airlines) before starting your tour in Egypt. It is usually best to purchase travel insurance prior to any deposits becoming non-refundable. This reimburses you for any loss you might incur during your trip or for the cancellation of a service due to reasons beyond our control, as well as in cases of medical emergency, accidents, or evacuation, before or after the trip.
  Two companies we recommend are Travel Guard or Allianz. Allianz has an affordable annual policy that covers ALL of your travel for one year.

• All passports MUST be valid six months past the return date of this trip. Now is a good time to double-check the expiration date of your passport. 
• A photo of your open passport, including the signature and photo page, is required to register.
