**Job Title:** Cleaning Technician

**Hours:**
Monday - Friday: 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Saturday - Sunday: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (Must work both days)

**Pay Rate:** Starting at $16.00/hour and up (competitive pay based on experience)

**Location:** Aurora, IL - Aurora Police Dept.

Physical/Working Conditions

The individual must be able to:
- Candidates must stand and frequently walk for extended periods, continually kneeling, crouching, reaching overhead, and climbing and descending stairs.

- Exposure to all weather conditions.

Responsibilities
- General cleaning duties include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and kitchen areas.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
- Complete assigned tasks within specified time frames.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Availability for evening shifts during weekdays and weekends.
- Willingness to work as a floater covering various schedules.
- Able to pass a background check to enter government buildings.
- Access to a mobile phone for time tracking using our designated app.
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but optional.
- Candidates must meet specific vision requirements, with or without corrective lenses.
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
