  • The Assembly Day Vendor area is sold-out at this time.  If you would like to be placed on a waitlist, please complete the following information, check the waitlist request, and submit for waitlist via the submit button.  After June 1, if space becomes available, you will be contacted to finalize your request.

  • Display Space

    12' wide x10' deep display space for $50*.  One space per vendor. 

    Each space comes with 1-6' table and 2 chairs.  Additional tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If more tables are required, vendors will need to supply their own. All spaces are indoors. 

    The vendor registration deadline is June 1, 2025. The event is limited to 20 vendors. Once 20 vendors are submitted, you may elect to join a waitlist.

  • Display Requirements 

    • Assembly Day 2025 will be held on July 12, 2025, at the Lane Agri-Park Community Center. 315 John R Rice Blvd., Murfreesboro, TN 37129
    • Setup will be on Friday, July 11, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Booth breakdown will follow the event on Saturday, July 12th. All items must be removed by 8:00 p.m. on Saturday.
    • Vendors must set up and be ready to sell before the start of the event on Saturday morning at 8:45 a.m.
    • Vendors must be represented in their booth at all times during the event.
    • Vendors are responsible for cleaning their rental space and removing all trash immediately following the event's conclusion.   
    • Vendors are responsible for their booth and goods. TVQA, Lane Agri-Park Community Center's owners, agents, officers, employees, and volunteers are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
    • Vendors may withdraw from the event with the following fee schedule:
      • more than 60 days prior = full refund (on or before May 12)
      • 30-60 days prior = 50% refund (between May 12 and June 12)
      • Less than 30 days prior = no refund (after June 12)
    • Door prize donations are appreciated but not required.
    • Food preparation, candle burning, alcohol consumption, and firearms are prohibited inside the facility.
    • Electrical outlets are available; however, extension cords will not be provided
    • Lane Agri-Park wi-fi is available for credit card payment for purchases. Service is not guaranteed.
    • Registered charities wishing to contract a booth should contact Karen Dye or Carol Tessmer.
  • Lunch

    Your display space includes 1 lunch from McAlister's Deli.  Lunches come with chips and a cookie.  You may order additional lunches for $13* each.  Water will be available at no cost. 

    • Black Forest Ham & Swiss Cheese
    • Roasted Turkey with Provolone Cheese
    • Veggie with Cheddar Cheese (spinach, tomato, cucumber, red onion, house-roasted multicolor peppers, avocado, and herb mayo)

  • Additional Lunches.  Please order these additional meals at $13* each:

  • Payment

    TVQA is pleased to offer 2 options for payment for vendors

    • Online via PayPal - online payment fee applies
    • Mail/Check - mail a personal check or have your bank send a check to TVQA (address in confirmation email).

    Once payment is received, you will receive confirmation.

  • Payment

  • Click Pay by CHECK to submit your Assembly Day Vendor Registration, pending payment.

    Your registration is not submitted until "Pay by CHECK" has been clicked. 

    You will receive an email acknowledgement of your order.  Once payment has been received, you will receive an email confirmation.

  • Click Pay with PayPal to submit your Assembly Day Vendor Registration to pay online. 

    Once inside the PayPal portal, you can select to pay using your PayPal account OR by credit or debit card.

    You will receive an email confirmation.
