Position Summary
The Event Operations Internship is a one-year, paid position supporting the Event Operations Department in all aspects of hosting events within the stadium. Two internship opportunities are available.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Event Operations Department in managing event operations for NFL and college football games, concerts, parking lot events, and private functions
• Assist with daily stadium operations, including event setup and breakdown, pre- and post-event facility inspections, and implementation of new policies and procedures
• Participate in planning meetings with clients, public safety partners, and internal departments
• Prepare and distribute event-day materials such as operational documents, parking passes, and wristbands
• Assist in event preparation by collecting necessary information for timelines and operational plans, coordinating security gate setups, and developing training materials for guest services staff
• Provide operational support for events, facility operations, and guest services on event days
• Support Event Managers and the Operations Budgeting Manager with post-event analysis and billing documentation
• Assist the Security and Parking Manager/Coordinator with daily operations and event-specific security planning and execution
• Utilize Momentus event booking and AutoCAD software to create event documents and diagrams
• Conduct stadium tours for clients, vendors, and guests
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree (or higher), preferably in Sports Administration or a related field
• Prior experience working in a stadium or arena environment preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities
• Willingness to work nontraditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Excel and Word
• Valid driver’s license required
