    • Submission of required information to the appropriate government authority
    • Forwarding confirmation documents and corporation number upon approval

    This service is a one-time registration service only and does not include legal advice, tax advice, or ongoing corporate compliance unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

    Nature and Limitations of Service (Important)

    • Corporation approval is subject to review and acceptance by the relevant government authority.
    • We do not guarantee approval, processing time, or outcome.
    • We do not review or verify the commercial, legal, or tax suitability of the corporation structure selected.
    • This service does not include annual filings, corporate maintenance, tax filings, or post-incorporation compliance obligations.

    The responsibility for determining whether incorporation is appropriate for your circumstances rests solely with you.

    Responsibilities

    You understand and confirm that:

    • All information provided to us (including names, addresses, directors, shareholders, and share structure, if applicable) is true, complete, and accurate.
    • You are responsible for reviewing all incorporation details prior to submission.
    • Delays, rejections, or additional costs resulting from incomplete or incorrect information are not the responsibility of our firm.

    We do not audit, review, or independently verify the accuracy or legality of the information provided.

    Fees and Payment

    • Service fees are quoted before tax. Applicable 13% HST will be added.
    • Government filing fees are not included unless explicitly stated otherwise.
    • Full payment is required before submission of incorporation documents.
    • All fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted.

    If additional filings or amendments are required due to changes or corrections requested after submission, additional fees may apply.

    Confidentiality and Communication

    We will protect your personal and business information and will disclose it only with your written consent or as required by law. Communication may occur via telephone, mail, courier, or email.
