    Subject: Personal Tax Return Engagement

    We are delighted to confirm our engagement to prepare your personal tax returns for this year and onwards.

    It is understood and agreed that you have provided us with accurate and complete information necessary to compile such personal tax return(s). We will prepare your personal tax return(s) using the information provided by you. We will not audit, review or otherwise attempt to verify the accuracy or completeness of any information provided. The responsibility remains with you.

    Responsibilities

    We commit to performing services in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards. We will inform you promptly of any potential conflicts of interest or matters affecting our independence.

    You are required to provide all necessary information and documentation for completing your tax forms. This includes ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all data and reviewing the prepared tax returns for errors or omissions.

    Fees

    • See our pricing list HERE. All fees are subject to HST.
    • Urgent services requested to be done within 2 business days are subject to a 50% surcharge.

    Confidentiality

    We will protect your personal and financial information, disclosing it only with your written consent or as required by law. We may communicate via telephone, fax, mail, courier, or email. Despite our efforts to ensure confidentiality and proper delivery, we cannot guarantee secure or accurate transmission.
