Nature of sub-lease*

I understand that Get Parked repurpose under-utilised commercial property while it’s vacant, so with the nature of our business we can technically be given a months notice to vacate most of our sites. Those who use our spaces get the benefit of flexibility and a competitive rate in terms of what they’d otherwise pay for a similar fixed-term space elsewhere. We have had spaces for over 5 years before and we do typically get more than a months notice to vacate, however, it is always a possibility.
