Motors:
Team Exalt requires all motor warranties to be handled directly for inspection to help with product Quality and Durablity, While repairing properly back to its state of Top Performance.
Motors come with a 30 day warranty against manufactures defects. Sensor boards are excluded from warranties unless failure right out of the box in Brand New condition.
Once this form is Submitted please print and include with Defective/Repair product and ship to:

Batteries:
Team Exalt allows Authorized Dealer to handle battery warranties directly.
Must include 4 Photos of Defective Battery:
- Top
- Bottom
- Side
- Battery Connected to Charger showing battery and Charger Screen with Battery voltage.
Batteries come with 120 day warranty, against manufacturing defects, from date of purchase.
- Warranty covers dead cells or cells with voltage charge errors.
- Warranty does not cover puffed or swollen battery packs unless new defective right out of the box, Puffed Batteries generally are due to user error.(Team Exalt management reverses the right to over rules)
Servos:
All Team Exalt servos comes with a 12 month warranty from date of purchase but must be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
This warranty is not valid for the human errors. Any evidence of any alteration, modifications, or forgery shall result in termination of the right of warranty.
All warranties are only valid for original purchaser.
In the situation of failure during human error, You can fill out the repair form and send in for our staff to evaluate, identify and repair the servo at customers expense.
All Other Team Exalt Products:
Come with a 30 day warranty against manufactures defects.

Repair Process Time:
Turn around time is approximately 24-48 hrs after receiving. Please consider "Signature Required" when shipping. Team Exalt is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged warranty items returned to us.
If we determine the item is not covered under warranty we will contact you with options for repair or replacement cost.
Return shipping for Warranties will be covered by Team Exalt.
Return shipping for Repairs will be covered by Customer.
