Launched in 2024 to overwhelming enthusiasm, the Diversity Ally Award celebrates the champions building a more inclusive tech world. These are the individuals unlocking opportunity, backing female tech talent, and helping create spaces where everyone can thrive.

How It Works:

Nominations Deadline: 31 July.
Audience Voting: From 8 August to 10 September. Your vote will help determine the top 3 finalists!
Finalists Announced: 12 September

The three finalists will be honoured at the Hidden Figures Award Ceremony, where the winner will be announced. Let’s come together to celebrate those who advocate for and advance diversity within our community.
