The Hidden Figures Awards honour women and allies in tech who have made remarkable contributions and serve as role models for future generations.

This is your opportunity to spotlight the women in your network who deserve recognition - the innovators, leaders, and visionaries whose breakthroughs reshape what’s possible. Nominate candidates in one of the following three categories:
- Empowered Woman - a woman who has sparked empowerment across her role, her team, or her company
- Innovation / Startup - a woman who’s building bold, launching her own venture, driving STEM diversity, or scaling solutions that reshape industries.
- Non-Profit Organisation - a woman creating impact in the non-profit world or through volunteer work.
Diversity Ally Award

Launched in 2024, the Diversity Ally Award celebrates the champions building a more inclusive tech world. These are the individuals unlocking opportunity, backing female tech talent, and helping create spaces where everyone can thrive. To celebrate diversity, this award is open to all.

Nominations deadline: 10 August

Nomination guidelines:

Eligibility: Only nominees who have not previously been recognised or awarded for their contributions in any formal capacity will be considered.
Nomination Requirements: Nominations must be complete and meaningful. Incomplete or superficial entries will be rejected.
