Specify in detail: What are selling in area below. This area is for crafts and information ONLY. Vendors with FOOD items should complete an application for FOOD VENDORS. ** NO ADULT ITEMS/ CBD (Oils. gummies, vapors, etc)**

ONLY ITEMS LISTED ON THIS APPLICATION WILL BE ALLOWED FOR SALE IN YOUR BOOTH/TABLE. Any items NOT listed here found in your booth/truck will be asked to be removed. If items found in your booth/truck differ substantially from what is listed here, you may be asked to leave the festival. No refunds for any reason.

ALL BOXES AND GARBAGE WILL BE TAKEN TO THE LARGE DUMPSTERS AT REAR OF PARK NOT THE PARK TRASH CONTAINERS. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL REMOVE YOU FROM FUTURE EVENTS. [ENFORCED]

    THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT. THERE IS NO RAIN DATE.

We supply the space, you supply the rest.  Please be sure your Insurance is current.

Release Statement:

• By signing below, I agree to consider this application a commitment if accepted and to abide by all rules set forth by the Memphis Juneteenth.
  
  
• I also understand and agree to the following:  No items are to be sold that were not listed on my application and approved by the Festival Committee.  If my booth is at any time deemed to be unsafe or inappropriate for the festival audience by any member of the committee, I may be asked to cease all sales immediately and may not be allowed to return for the remainder of the festival.
  
  
• The use of live or recorded music, video or AV equipment is not permitted without prior written permission.  No pets are allowed without prior written permission.
  
  
• The Memphis Juneteenth and all members including the festival committee are not responsible in any way for personal injuries, property damage or theft which may occur to me or my associates as a result of my participation in this festival.
  
  
• All images presented in this application or taken during the festival may be used for promotional purposes by the MEMPHISJUNETEENTH or its members.
  
  
• I am responsible for collecting TN sales tax.  My booth will be properly attended for all TWO days of the festival from 10am – 10pm and my booth area will be kept clean and safe.  ALL BOXES AND GARBAGE WILL BE TAKEN TO THE LARGE DUMPSTERS AT REAR OF PARK NOT THE PARK TRASH CONTAINERS.   

• Memphis Juneteenth staff should be notified of early packing up or closing of booths before closure, the Festival runs until 10pm rain or shine.
  
  
• No refunds will be issued for any reason including, but not limited to, rain, bad weather or events that adversely affects the festival in any way.  This is a rain or shine event.

NO PARKING ON PARK GROUNDS. PARALLEL PARKING ON S. DUNLAP SIDE ONLY. [NO EXCEPTIONS].

The committee reserves the right to reject any application.
