Certification Scholarship Application
Requirements
1. Must be a member of the Tennessee Golf Course Superintendents Assocation, and
2. Must be employed by a golf course.
Rules and Selection Basis
1. Information submitted will be the sole basis for judging and all data contained on the form will be considered. Answer all questions completely, but concisely, be specific and restrict information to the questions asked.
2. The scholarship is awarded without regard to race, religion, gender or age.
3. Applicants will be notified via email if they have been approved for the scholarship.

Funds used for these scholarships have been provided by the funds raised from the Tennessee Rounds for Research Program.
