Time Card
Each demo is 4 hours total with 3 hours demo time and 1 hour for set up, tear down, and reporting. Mileage may be reimbursed for any trip 20 miles from your area's city center or your home location. This should be reviewed with your manager prior to your demo. Additional approved paid travel time will be discussed for demos prior to booking. Please report in 15 minute increments.

APPROVED MILEAGE - This is total Reimbursable Mileage including return trip. *****Reminder that Mileage is covered at $.70 per mile for travel over 20 miles from the city center or your location (If approved).
For double shifts, please calculate the total round trip mileage and submit on your second demo report of the day. Please deduct 40 miles for the round trip first. ++++++++++++ For Example - If you travel 40 miles to your first demo, 20 miles to your second demo and 40 to return home. You will have traveledd 100 total miles and submit 60 miles for reimbursement.
