2025 NESC Motocross Membership Application

NESC Membership Application - 2025

Please complete the form below. Please note parent or guardian of riders under 18 must still sign and have notarized an NESC short release, we cannot process applications without that release, youth riders will not be issued a number and will not earn championship points until we have received it. Online price includes an additional 2.00 credit card processing fee. 2024 memberships expire 12-31-2024
Submitting this form will send your info and payment to the NESC, you will then be issued an NESC number.

Applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on Friday (Thurday if we have a race on Saturday) in order for your membership to be active for a race on Sunday.

Youth riders will be issued a number only after this short release has been signed by both parents and notarized. Also youth riders will not earn any championship points until we have it.
All information must be complete, such as proof of age, transponder #, as well as the minor releases, and emergency contacts before riders are activated in the system and made a card.

Please either mail the release to the NESC office or bring it to the NESC at a track.

**Copies of birth certificates/driver’s licenses are only required for new applicants to the N.E.S.C. for 2025 who did not join in 2024.

***False or misleading statements and or answers on this or any other entry or NESC form(s) may result in rider suspension and or disqualification.

Rider classification changes made within other organizations must be reported in writing or email to the N.E.S.C. within 10 days of the change. Send email to office@nescmotocross.com

The promoters and or the New England Sports Committee do not provide medical insurance coverage. Each participant must provide his/her own and must show written proof of such coverage in order to be eligible to ride.

I hereby release the NESC, its officers, members, agents, representatives and officials. All events officials and all promoting organizations and their respective members, officers and officials, the owner(s) of the premises or any officers thereof and other riders and mechanics, from any and all liability, loss, damage, costs, claims and or causes of action, including but not limited to all bodily injuries and property damage arising out of my participation in any event sanctioned by the NESC, and I assume responsibility for all expenses for physicians, ambulances, hospitals and other medical expenses and any other loss or injury to me and or personal property which I may sustain by reason of my participation in any NESC sanctioned event.
