How to Nominate
To nominate a change leader for one of these prestigious awards, review the various categories to select the most relevant, and complete the nomination form below. You're also welcome to self nominate yourself and share your inspiring story on leading change.

Selection Process
A diverse panel of industry professionals will review all nominations and select the winners based on a set of clear and measurable criteria. We will be notifying all top finalist nominees of each category from May 2nd and announcing winners on May 28th at the Change Leadership Conference.

CHANGE LEADER AWARD CATEGORY
💡 YOUTH CATALYST

This award recognizes a young individual (15 – 24 years old) who has made remarkable contributions or led change initiatives within their organization or community. Nominate an inspiring youth who showcases innovation, adaptability, and a passion for driving positive change.

🚀 CHANGE INNOVATOR

This award honours a change leader who has introduced ground-breaking solutions, disrupted conventional approaches, and fostered innovation within their organization or community. Nominate a visionary who has transformed the way we think about and adapt to the future.

🌱 SUSTAINABILITY CHAMPION

This award acknowledges a change leader who has championed sustainability and demonstrated a long-term commitment to environmental, social, and economic well-being. Nominate an individual who has successfully integrated sustainable practices into their work, organization or change initiatives.

🌍 DIVERSITY, EQUITY, INCLUSION & BELONGING

This award celebrates a change leader who has made significant strides in promoting diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging within their organization or community. Nominate someone who has demonstrated a commitment to fostering a more inclusive and equitable environment for all.

🤝 COMMUNITY IMPACT

This award honours a change leader who has made a positive impact on their local community by initiating and driving change projects that benefit the greater good. Nominate a community leader who has made a difference through their dedication to service, collaboration, and empowering others within the community to take action and create change.
