Loan Application
As a member of a Collective Mindfulness Circle, I am eligible to apply for a Freedom Fund loan, administered by Soil & Soul, Inc, in partnership with The Coalition Delray, and funded by Thrive Collective Foundation. I understand that Freedom Fund loans do not charge any interest, as long as I am an active member of an eligible Mindfulness Circle.

Having access to the Freedom Fund demonstrates that the Mindfulness Circle is committed to my financial wellness as part of my holistc (total) well-being. I recognize that receiving a loan shows my commitment to economic solidarity within the Mindfulness Circle.

I understand that the Freedom Fund partners and committee members determine loan eligibility requirements, approvals, and agreements with each applicant on an individual basis. As part of receiving a loan:

1. I will remain an active member in the Mindfulness Circle. To be an active member, I will attend a minimum of two circles per month.
2. I will work with my loan partner to update my Replenishment Plan, if necessary.
3. I will inform Soil & Soul if my contact information changes, including phone number, email address, and/or mailing address.
4. Remembering that the Mindfulness Circle is part of a spiritual family, and that we support one another, I will repay this Freedom Fund loan so that funds will be available for other members as well.

Freedom Fund Loan Eligibility, Terms & Benefits

Eligibility for Circle Members:

Certificate of Completion of the 8-Week Paid Collective Mindfulness Training
Demonstrates understanding and embodiment of mindfulness and circle agreements
Minimum attendance of two (2) Circles per month
Circle Role responsibilities of Facilitation or Administration

Benefit & Terms for Circle Members:

No-Interest Loans up to $10,000, accessible in four (4) Loan Periods
Collective Wellness Decision Making Power
Continuous Education in Mindfulness, Eco-Healing, Compassionate Finance, and Collective Movement Building

Circle Members are eligible to access the next Loan Period once full replenishment of the current loan is complete. Members are also eligible to continue accessing the Freedom Fund Program as long as it is funded, borrowed loans are replenished, and Circle attendance requirement is met.

Exceptions:

Member Borrowers can bypass the 1st Loan Period, accessing the 2nd Loan Period, upon completion of six (6) Circles in two months. Replenishment plan remains up to 18 months.

Circle Owners are eligible to access the 2nd Loan Period once full replenishment of the 1st Loan is complete. Owners are also eligible to continue accessing the Freedom Fund Program as long as it is funded, borrowed loans are replenished, and Circle attendance requirement is met.

Eligibility for Circle Guests:
Circle Guests are not eligible for Freedom Fund Loans or Wellness Dividends, until they are certified in Collective Mindfulness Training, and become Mindfulness Circle Members or Owners, upon availability.
