Paws & Play: Terms & Conditions

By booking a Paws & Play: Enrichment Morning, you agree to the following terms to ensure the safety, well-being, and enjoyment of all dogs in our care.

1. Equipment & Handling

Dogs must arrive wearing a suitable collar or harness and lead.

Slip leads, prong collars, and e-collars are strictly not permitted. If your dog arrives with any of these, they will not be accepted for their session, and no refund will be given.

 
2. Health & Well-being

Your dog must be in good health, free from contagious illnesses, and up to date on vaccinations or titre tested.

If your dog is unwell or recovering from an injury, please reschedule.

If your dog has any dietary restrictions or allergies, you must inform us before the session.

 
3. Behaviour & Suitability

This is a solo enrichment session, but your dog must be comfortable being handled by someone outside their immediate family.

If your dog has severe aggression toward people, this must be discussed before booking to determine suitability.

If your dog shows excessive stress, fear, or aggressive behaviour that makes it unsafe to continue the session, we reserve the right to stop the session early.

 
4. Payment, Cancellations & Refunds

Payment must be made in full before the session to confirm your booking.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund or reschedule.

Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will not be refunded.

 
5. Liability & Responsibility

While every effort is made to ensure your dog's safety and well-being, you accept that enrichment sessions involve play, movement, and mental challenges, which carry some inherent risks.

We are not liable for any injury, illness, or behavioural changes following the session.

You are responsible for ensuring your dog is collected promptly at the agreed time.
