Terms & Conditions for Registration
By submitting this registration form, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Confirmation of Billing: Submission of this form constitutes a commitment to pay for the total number of students registered. The final invoice will be based on the number of students indicated on the submitted form.
Payment Responsibility: The registering teacher and/or school is responsible for ensuring payment is made in full. Any changes to the number of students after submission will not reduce the invoiced amount.
No Refunds Policy: All registrations are final. Refunds cannot be provided for cancellations or student absences once the form has been submitted.
Event Details: The event will be held at Chinguacousy Secondary School. Teachers are responsible for ensuring their students’ supervision, conduct, and safe participation during the event.
