Isora Foundation Junior Tennis Scholarship Application

We ask that applications be submitted at least one week prior to registration opening for the session that you are applying for to allow adequate time for review and processing. Exceptions will be considered on a case by case basis. You will receive communication about your scholarship status the Friday prior to the Monday registration opening.

Commitment: Similar to all patrons, recipients must check-in before every class. Any scholarship funds awarded must be used as requested in this application and recipients must maintain 85% attendance in the class/program. Failure to comply with this commitment may result in the funds being revoked. If you have questions or need to talk through a specific situation, please ask.
