Booking:
Christmas Party Nights must be booked in advance - Bookings are only confirmed when paid in full with a pre-order. Cut off deadline is 1st December, after this date please contact the hotel reception on 01502 565337. For bookings over 20, please contact our Reception Team on reception@thehatfieldhotel.co.uk
Arrival:
Please ensure you arrive in plenty of time for your booking at 7pm, food will be served promptly at 7.30pm our terrace bar will be open and serving all your favourite beverages before 7pm.
Parking:
The hotel does offer free permit parking, but this is limited and operates a first come first served basis. All guests must register their vehicle registration on the tablet at reception - If you fail to do this you will be issued with a Parking Charge Notice by a third company who manage the car park. The hotel does not accept any responsibility for any Parking Charge Notices and is unable to review, cancel or settle any parking disputes. There is free parking on the main road outside the hotel and several pay and display car parks locally for your use also. It is the party organisers responsibilityto provide this information tp the rest of their party on.
Seating:
Christmas Party Nights are a fun social event hosted in The Ambassador Suite. If your group is 8 or more you may not all be sitting on one table.
Allergens:
All allergen and dietary requirements must be provided at the time of booking. We will not be able to accommodate last minute changes on the day. Full allergen information available here
Cancellations:
All cancellations before the 1st December will only receive 50% of their total booking as a refund. All cancellations after 1st December will not receive any refund.
