Terms of Agreement & Onboarding

TERMS & CONDITIONS (CONTRACT)

1. Services

The Max Pack agrees to provide dog walking and/or pet care services as agreed with the client.

2. Insurance

The Max Pack holds valid public liability insurance. However, all dogs are walked at the owner’s risk.

3. Health, Vaccination and Identification Requirements

The owner confirms that their dog(s) is/are:

· Microchipped in accordance with UK legal requirements

· Will wear a collar with a valid ID tag when outside the home

· Is up to date with flea and worm treatments

· Is up to date with core vaccinations, or has appropriate titre testing where applicable

· Is free from any contagious illnesses, parasites, or infection at the time of service

4. Behaviour Disclosure

Owners must disclose any history of aggression or behavioural issues.

Failure to do so may result in:

• Immediate cancellation of services

• Full liability remaining with the owner

Boarding dogs must be suitable for home environment and food/supplies must be provided by owner.

Trial walks/stays may be required before walking/boarding.

5. Off-Lead Walking

Dogs will only be walked off lead with owner consent.

The Max Pack is not liable for loss or injury while off lead (unless due to negligence)

6. Group Walks

Dogs may be walked in groups unless otherwise agreed.

Owners confirm if their dog is suitable for group interaction.

7. Health & Emergencies

In the event of illness or injury:

• The Max Pack will attempt to contact the owner or emergency contact

• If unavailable, a vet will be contacted

Any vet fees are the owner’s responsibility

8. Cancellations

• 24 hours’ notice required

• Late cancellations may be charged in full

Access to Property

The Max Pack will take all reasonable care with keys and property but is not liable for:

• Loss due to faulty locks

• Pre-existing security issues

10. Payments

• Late payments may result in suspension of services

11. Weather & Safety

Walks may be adjusted due to extreme weather for the safety of the dog.

12. Photos & Social Media

Photos/videos may be used for marketing unless the owner opts out.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice.
