No Call/No Show & Cancellation Policy

In order to preserve healthy boundaries & protect my business, Shear Mindfulness must uphold a strict cancellation policy:

- All appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled service will be charged a 25% fee of the entire service(s) cancelled if the appointment can't be filled by another client

- All appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be charged a 50% fee of the entire service(s) cancelled if the appointment can't be filled by another client

- Any & all no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service

- Appointments rescheduled or cancelled before 48 hours are eligible for a full refund of any deposits made to secure an appointment

I understand & agree that by signing on the next page & potentially booking an appointment with Shear Mindfulness, I am able & willing to pay all fees accrued as a result of my inability to cancel before 48hours. I understand that if I am unwilling or unable pay these fees, I should not make an appointment & I will not be allowed to make any future appointments with Shear Mindfulness.
