offers all day events (8am - OUT by 12midnight. (Hrly IS NOT offered on weekends (Friday-Sunday) (full day) $900.00 with $250.00 deposit to secure your day/date. Anything after midnight is ($130.00 an hour) The deposit does not go towards the $900.00. If you have to cancel for any reason, your deposit and or any form of payments is nonrefundable. Your final payment ($900.00) is due 30days before your event date. If you DO NOT PAY ON DUE DATE, a late fee of $100.00 will be added to your balance.
Weekday rates are $130.00 hr. with no minimum hrs. with $250.00 deposit (nonrefundable if you cancel)
(Monday-Thursday) excluding holidays.

There are 10 round tables, 7 cocktail/high boys tables,
3 8ft tables,
2 6ft tables and 120 chairs.
The 120 chairs are standard white folding chairs.
There are (8) round 72 inches and seats 8-10 and the (2) 60 inch tables seats 6-8.
Tablecloth sizes, for the 72 inch tables, I recommend you to use 132 inch tablecloth if you want it to touch or hang to the floor. For the 60 inch, I would recommend you to use the 120 inch tablecloth. Cocktail/high boys are 30' round.
The Place holds up to 120 guests and you are allowed to bring outside vendors.
*Full Deposits are refunded thirty (30) days after your event date, provided there are no damages and all rules, regulations and instructions are followed.*
