What committee(s) would like to volunteer?

Hospitality Committee: This committee is responsible for planning, preparation of meals at some ASCA sanctioned events. Duties include, but not limited to, cooking, serving, and purchasing food.Outreach Committee: This committee plans, coordinates and executes community service events in our local and surrounding Communities. They work closely with the Planning Committee and Event Coordinator.Planning Committee: This committee is responsible for researching themes, décor, dates, locations etc. for ASCA events. They work closely with the Event Coordinator.Groove Committee: This committee is responsible for teaching all line dances for enjoyment at trail rides and events.Fundraising Committee: This committee develops fundraising events to help raise money throughout the year. They willorganize events that will lead to donations.Operations Committee: This committee is responsible for managing and executing the operations at ASCA events. Their responsibilities include but are not limited to grounds preparation, ensuring that equipment are readily available as well as materials required. They work closely with the Event Coordinator and Hospitality committee.

Membership is $45 per quarter. With your membership you get access to horses at the discretion of the horse owner. 2 club t-shirt twice a year and free entry to all club functions for the year. You are allowed 1 guest for 2 events. Any additional guest will have to pay a discounted rate for entry.
