Assalamu Alaikum dear Rose Garden family! We are so grateful you are returning for another year of growth, connection, and discovery on the farm. As a returning family, you have priority access to secure your child's spot before open enrollment begins.

Program Details

Schedule: Monday to Thursday | 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Full-Time (4 days): $975/month
Part-Time (2 days): $495/month

Semester 1: August 31st to December 19th
Winter Break: December 20th to January 19th
Semester 2: January 19th to Dec 18th

2026 to 2027 Holiday Calendar

Thanksgiving Break: November 26th to 27th, 2026
Winter Break: December 20th, 2026 to January 19th, 2027

Ramadan Begins: ~February 8th, 2027*

Presidents' Day: February 16th, 2027
Last 10 Nights & Eid ul Fitr : ~February 28 to March 15th*
Eid ul Adha Break: ~May 17th, 2027*

*Ramadan, Eid ul Fitr, and Eid ul Adha dates are tentative and subject to confirmation based on moon sighting. Families will be notified of confirmed dates in advance, inshaAllah.

Non-Refundable Registration Fee

A $100 non-refundable registration fee is required to secure your child's priority spot for the 2026 to 2027 school year. This fee covers enrollment processing and is separate from tuition.

Withdrawal & Refund Policy

A minimum of 30 days written notice is required for withdrawal. Written notice must be submitted to admin@therosegarden.info.
- Withdrawal before first day of school: Full tuition refund (registration fee is non-refundable).
- Withdrawal during Semester 1 (Sep 15 to Dec 19): Tuition is prorated to the last day of attendance. Remaining prepaid tuition will be refunded within 30 days.
- Withdrawal before January 1, 2027: No Semester 2 tuition will be charged if written notice is received before January 1, 2027.
Important: Families cannot withdraw after January 1, 2027. By continuing enrollment past this date, families are obligated and responsible for the full tuition of Semester 2 (January 19 to May 14, 2027), regardless of attendance. No refunds or prorated tuition will be issued for withdrawals after January 1, 2027.
- No-show / No notice: If a family does not attend and does not provide written notice, one month's tuition will be charged.
Tuition Payment

Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month. A late fee of $25 will apply after the 10th. Families who pay the full year's tuition in advance will receive a 3% discount.

Content Policy

All Rose Garden content, classes, images, and audio/visual materials are proprietary and may not be copied, recorded, or shared without written permission.
I have read and agree to the Registration Fee, Withdrawal & Refund Policy, Tuition Payment, and Content policies above. I understand that families cannot withdraw after January 1, 2027 and will be responsible for the full Semester 2 tuition. I promise not to copy, record, or share any Rose Garden content.

Mandatory Rose Garden School Meeting

All waitlisted families interested in joining the next school year are required to attend the Rose Garden School Meeting.

Dates: Sun, April 5th 2026 @4pm
Location: The Rose Garden Farm
Topics: Plans for the upcoming year, parent expectations, educational vision, and INARA workshop

Attendance is mandatory as part of the enrollment process. Details will be shared closer to the date.
