All sales are final. If a product offered by The Tributary Cigars itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a re-ship. A re-ship is only available once we have received the returned package, verifiable by tracking. If re-shipped, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping charges. Except where noted otherwise, the list price displayed for products in this document represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by The Tributary Cigars, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice.
