New Service Customer Waitlist Acknowledgment
The Boat Shop is currently prioritizing service work for existing service customers. Existing service customers are defined as customers who have purchased a unit from The Boat Shop or have had service work completed by The Boat Shop within the past two (2) years.
By submitting this form, I understand and acknowledge the following:
- Submission of this form does not guarantee a service appointment.
- My unit will be placed on a waitlist for review.
- If an opening becomes available in The Boat Shop's schedule, I may be contacted to schedule a diagnostic appointment.
- Existing service customers will receive priority scheduling and service over waitlisted customers.
- If an existing service customer requires service, my appointment, diagnosis, repair, or timeline may be delayed or rescheduled.
- The Boat Shop is not guaranteeing or promising that repairs will be completed on my unit.
- If my unit is accepted for service, The Boat Shop may first perform diagnostic work and then contact me with findings, recommendations, estimated costs, and possible next steps.
- If additional repairs are recommended, The Boat Shop will determine whether scheduling capacity is available before committing to the repair work.
- The Boat Shop cannot guarantee turnaround times, completion dates, or repair schedules for waitlisted customers.
- If I require a fast turnaround or time-sensitive repair, I understand that I may wish to seek service from another provider.
- Current moorage, storage, slip, or dock customers are not automatically considered service customers unless they have purchased a unit from The Boat Shop or have had service work completed by The Boat Shop within the past two (2) years.
