The rental fees for non-performance studio use are: Studio 1 and 5: $35/hour Studio 2, 3 4: $30/hour. Rentals must have a 50% paid deposit in advance with signed agreement to hold space. Fees are subject to change.
Studio Rental (charged using the hourly rate as described above and include classes, private lessons, rehearsals, etc. that do not require extra technologies.)Special Event (performances, video/photoshoots, and other events starting at a base fee with additional charges if additional equipment is requested.)

Special Event Rental Only: Event Description. Please give a brief description of your needs.
