Welcome to Camp Wings of Friendship!

Camp Wings of Friendship is a nationwide, virtual summer camp for teens and adults with disabilities at no cost to families. Teens and adults of all abilities make friends, enjoy meaningful experiences and create lifetime memories.
WHAT IS CAMP WINGS OF FRIENDSHIP?
Camp Wings of Friendship is a nationwide, virtual summer camp for teens and adults with disabilities offered at no cost to families. Campers of all abilities make friends, enjoy meaningful experiences and create lifetime memories.

Camp is created and led by The Friendship Journey, a nonprofit organization with a mission to develop friendships amongst individuals of all abilities. It was developed by a speech-language pathologist and experiential educator.

Camp Wings of Friendship provides a fun and inclusive environment for campers with disabilities to connect, learn, and grow. Camp is open to individuals aged 14 and above with any disability. The virtual format of Camp Wings of Friendship ensures that all campers in all locations can access and engage in the activities.

Camp Dates: June 15th, 2025 - July 17th, 2026

Days: Mondays - Fridays, 3 activities per day
12 pm EST - 1 pm EST || 2 pm - 3 pm EST || 4 pm - 5 pm EST

Deadline to register to receive a camp welcome box: Monday, May 4th, 2026

Deadline to register to attend camp: Friday, May 29th, 2026

Camp Information:
- Camp is offered at no cost to campers due to the generosity of our sponsors
- Camp is virtual and takes place on Zoom
- Campers must be 14 years or older
- Campers from of all abilities and from anywhere are welcome to sign up
- Campers will be assigned a cabin with other cabinmates and counselors
- Counselors are speech-language pathology students
- There will be whole group activities at camp as well as cabin breakout room activities in smaller groups
- Camp is created and led by The Friendship Journey, a nonprofit organization with a mission to develop friendships amongst individuals of all abilities
- Camp was developed and is directed by a speech-language pathologist
- Activities are led by our wonderful community partners. There will be returning activities from previous years and new activities!
- Activities include: theater, cooking, art, dance parties, virtual field trips, guest speakers, cabin bonding time, + MORE!
- Spaces and supplies are limited. Please only sign up for camp if you plan to attend most of camp. Campers must be able to attend a minimum of four weeks to join.

Application Details
- The "camper" is the individual who will be actively participating in camp this summer.
- This registration form should take about 10-15 minutes to complete.
