APPLICANT CERTIFICATION

I certify that the information I have provided in this Suite Application is true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that submitting this Suite Application does not create a contract, guarantee approval, or constitute a reservation of, or option for, any specific suite at The Luxe Suites.

I further understand that neither I nor The Luxe Suites shall be contractually obligated unless and until a License Agreement has been fully executed by both parties.

I acknowledge that, as part of the application process, I must successfully complete a background screening through TransUnion SmartMove. I understand that TransUnion SmartMove will send instructions directly to the email address I provide in this application, and that I am solely responsible for any fees associated with the background screening process.

I understand that approval of my application is contingent upon satisfactory review of my application, background screening results, and any other information reasonably requested by The Luxe Suites.

I authorize The Luxe Suites to verify the information contained in this application, including but not limited to employment history, business information, professional licenses, certifications, insurance coverage, references, and any other information relevant to my application.

If I am determined not to qualify for tenancy based on the application review process, any Suite Deposit previously submitted shall be refunded to me within fifteen (15) business days after notification of my non-qualification.

I acknowledge that any false, misleading, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided in this application may result in denial of my application or termination of any future agreement with The Luxe Suites.
